I love building relationships, understanding what keeps someone up at night, and positioning myself as the person who can solve that problem. Sales has been my front-row seat to learning—whether it’s the basics of petroleum engineering, the intricacies of running a business, or the human stories that shape every industry.
I didn’t choose sales; I stumbled into it. But when I earned my first commission check that outpaced my paycheck—and when clients started telling me that my products saved their businesses, their homes, or their livelihoods—I realized it was more than a job. It was impact.
In my career, I’ve always viewed sales as the heartbeat of a company. Building products that are incredible and disruptive is awesome, but without sales, they’d never create the impact that their potential holds. Real sales are about solving problems, creating trust, and turning value into revenue. That’s why transparency has always been my foundation—it’s what separates professionals from the slimy, stereotypical salespeople most people imagine.
Even as a leader, I never step away from selling. I’ll join calls, help close deals, and talk to customers directly because that’s where I thrive. I’m passionate about companies that are changing how our kids will experience life, and I bring that same passion into every conversation, every negotiation, and every relationship I build.
